A residential building in construction nested in west SoHo, 70Charlton wanted to introduce its neighborhood to prospective tenants, highlighting the flourish of restaurants, galleries, shops and parks within walking distance from the building.
The neighborhood piece took the shape of a trifold that could to be mailed out and distributed to tenants after a visit of the building.
On the inside, a map indicates nearby attractions organized by categories; shopping, eating, discovering. The back suggests four tours to take in the neighborhood, focusing on galleries, treats, outdoor activities and dates.
Later on, the tours were adapted into digital maps used in e-mail campaigns for the building, connecting all promotional materials.
