After over 10 years of activity, the skincare company Amala went through a rebrand. Moving the brand away from its earthy, artisanal and loamy world, the new identity emphasizes new values: efficacious, refined and luxurious. As the brand shift had to come across as an evolution, rather than an revolution, Amala’s most recognizable elements—copper and cork—were kept, empowering type and colors to carry the brand’s new voice.
A new palette of pastel colors brightens the packaging and offers contrast to the new type system, while a pinker copper gives the brand a modern twist.
After a round of market testing, the project is currently under development.
