At the end of every academic year, the Rhode Island School of Design hosts an art show presenting the work of its graduating MFA students. The task of designing the show’s identity and its applications has traditionally been attributed to a group of students from the Graphic Design graduate department, challenging them to brand the event and to represent a community of over 2,000 independent artists and designers while celebrating their common achievement.

The approach for the 2015 Graduate Show identity was based on the various layers of a student’s time at RISD and expands from print, web and bus ads, to posters and website, celebrating adaptability, originality and connectivity.
